Early Django?

Postby curbfeeler » Mon Jul 20, 2009 7:53 pm

I have just bought what might be an early version of the DIY HiFi Supply Django, but there is no marking to indicate it is. Components are very nice, but the box is plain Jane. Transformers are from Silk of Thailand, model STA-522. Volume control is an Elma 04-2130 24 position stereo pot. Two unbalanced RCA input pairs apparently switchable from the front panel. One unbalanced RCA output pair. One other switch on the front panel might be there to switch gain from 0 dB to 6 dB. Do you recognize this Transformer Volume Control?

We never used Elma switches and our switch functions were on the back panel. Maybe someone did there own buildup in one of our chassis.
You could send a picture and I can tell you if the chassis is from us.
